"I wanted to just check for other insurance companies for my car because rates have gone up so much over the last couple years and I talked with Amanda at State Farm and she was not at all high pressure wanting me to get it right then plus she answered all of my questions and also answered questions I didn’t think to ask. She knew I only wanted liability and when you only have that you do need the least expensive you can get. She let me know not only would it cost me less than I currently had they let you pay in monthly payments WITHOUT charging extra money. That was huge to hear. She asked when I wanted to start it without pressing me I had to have it now like every other place I talked to. She said she would follow up with me or I could let her know when I would follow up with her. She was just so knowledgeable about what I needed and what she had to offer it made it a pleasure to talk with her and when it comes to insurance it’s usually the last person I want to talk to but not with Amanda. I even have told other family members to call and get a quote from her to at least see how close they are versus what she quotes. She also explained the renters insurance which I did not call about but it would lower my auto insurance so it was great to at least hear about it. Overall just a great phone conversation and she never once sounded like a high pressure sales person so I switched insurance to Staye Farm."
