"Glen Forbes has been my State Farm agent for a few years now. He was the first agent/agency who was able to get me a lower rate than USAA and I've been really happy with the service I've received. I had my first major car accident in 2023 and received a call the next day from Tyler, who typically updates my plan each year, just to check in on me. This was unexpected and very appreciated, during such an overwhelming time. There was one point during the claims process where I was frustrated with the State Farm claims team, and it was SO NICE to be able to call Tyler & Glen to explain what was going on. (There was an issue with the tow company) They did something behind the scenes and my issue was fixed very quickly. I don't think that would've happened with an insurance agency that doesn't have a local agent to represent me. Overall, I've had a great experience with this office. The coverage is excellent, the rates are good, and it's easy to get in contact with someone when I have questions or need to change my policy."
